इस प्रोबलम को सुलझाने के लिए आपको Start Menu  >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Run को क्लिक करें

Shortcut = Window + R

Run प्रोग्राम में जाने के बाद उसमें gpedit.msc टाईप करें और ok बटन को क्लिक करें
Local Group Policy Editor खुलने के बाद Administrative Templates >> System >> Troubleshooting and Diagnostics >> Disk Diagnostic में जायें और

Disk Diagnostic: Configure execution leval को डबल क्लिक करें और

Option को Enabled >> Apply >> Ok  करें, उसके बाद Computer Restart करके फिर से उसी जगह दूबारा जायें और Option को Disabled >> Apply >> Ok  करदें, और फिर Computer Restart करके काम करें।
